Great location and clean, comfortable rooms. Staff was very nice.

The location, staff and cleanliness were all impeccable. The bed was very big and comfy. The shower was nice and spacious as well. Overall, the room looked very good.

First of all, the hotel was in the most central location. It was in the heart of the Little Tokyo district and parallel to Königsallee. The rooms were very clean and I really liked the general design of the hotel. In addition to all this, all the receptionists were very helpful without exception. The breakfast area on the terrace floor was incredible. The view was the best I've seen in all of Düsseldorf. The variety and freshness of the breakfast was also good. We also tried the cocktails at the bar at night. They were very delicious. In short, I was very pleased. :)

Thank you for the wonderful stay you gave me. A truly welcoming staff, from the reception to the breakfast staff. Excellent breakfast, delicious bacon, eggs and croissants accompanied by two smiling waiters. I will definitely come back. I don't remember the name of the wonderful girl at the reception who checked me in and bringing me the shower gel. Excellent location for the 'Little Tokyo' experience. Some playful references to Japan in the decorations. Having a few bottles of free water was a nice touch, too.
